Your First Dental Visit
For each of our new patients, we schedule an hour and a half appointments for adults or hour-long appointments for teens and children. We’ll gather your new patient forms when you enter our practice and input your information into our system. We’ll then guide you back to one of our treatment rooms, where you’ll meet Dr. Bolen and one of our friendly dental hygienists. We’ll take digital dental X-rays, complete and comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums, and recommend the type of dental cleaning that you will need to make your smile fresh and healthy.
Online Patient Forms
If you’re a new patient who has an upcoming appointment with us, we ask that you fill out our new patient forms online before visiting us. That way, you can save some time from sitting in our waiting room and we can take you directly back for your checkup and cleaning.
Dental Insurance Welcome
At Custer Dental Studio, we aim to make accessing dental care in South Dakota as easy and affordable as possible. That’s why we are proudly in-network with Delta Dental Premiere as well as Medicaid. Our team will file claims on your behalf to help you maximize your dental insurance benefits if you have a PPO plan, that way, you don’t have to deal with the hassle of doing it yourself.
